New day, new outlook

I finally talked to my "clients" parents yesterday about the situation on the Duncan house and they have assured me I will get that contract signed this weekend and they will give it to me Monday. I plan on going back to help with whatever I can on Monday as well if all goes well. They painted the 1/2 bath and hallway and since convinced their son to hire someone to paint the rest of the house and the front door. They also bought new fixtures for the rooms and we may work on that next week as well. I just really want to get this done. It's a great house, a kitchen to die for and it's in a great location. I'm hoping someone from BMW will want it since it would be a 5 min. drive to work and with gas prices like they are now, that's a plus. Here are some before pictures I took with my camera phone.

Front of home: (we are painting the door a deep red color) going to have mulch put in and some saliva plants also for color.

If they are good enough for the White House, they're good enough for me.

Before: The kitchen is now free of wall paper! The cabinets have been painted a light cream color with new rust colored hinges and handles, the walls are also a light taupe beige color and all new light fixtures!

No more brass in this house.

I can't wait for you to see the finished product.
